Located just off Eaglesham Road, The Byre is your family friendly local, offering traditional Scottish fayre in a cosy and welcoming atmosphere. The head chef and his team have created a mouth-watering menu packed full of all the dishes we know you'll love - think hearty homemade steak pie with a fluffy puff pastry top, fresh beer battered fish and chunky chips, and our famous 12oz beefburger with all the trimmings. We try where possible to use quality local produce, and our larder and fridges are stocked with only the finest Scottish ingredients.
We pride ourselves on having something for everyone - as well as offering great value food & drink, we also take a lot of care over the little ones, with a huge outdoor play area that will tire them out, games, toys, colouring in, and the brilliant "make your own pizza"!
When the sun is out, we get it all day long in our fantastic beer garden, there is plenty of space for everyone and we've even been known to fire up the BBQ whenever we get the chance. In the true spirit of a local, we also pride ourselves on great entertainment. That means Sky Sports Live, tribute acts and special one off events, live DJs on a Friday & Saturday night, our brilliant pub quiz and just about anything else we can manage to fit in!
